Question: Lose 10 pounds!!!?
So I am 5 feet and 4 or 5 inches and I weigh about 107-108 pounds I feel so fat compared to my best friend i cry over it sometimes because she get's all the guyes even though she looks like she should die she's so skinny but I want to be healthier than her but still underweight!.!.!. How can I lose 10 pounds So I can be a 98 pounds or so!?!? thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

First off you are actually a little underweight!. If anything I would suggest putting on more muscle and I am sure that guys will love that!. And later in life your friend will look less desirable due to her poor health while you will look amazing!.
Try this:
diet diet and exercise!.
You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day!. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Also add more fiber!. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating!. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear!. Here is a general meal for a day:
Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
whole wheat toast
1/2 cup fruit
Snack: Cottage Cheese with veggie
Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
1/2 cup fruit
Snack: Protein Shake
Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
Side of brown rice
Side of Broc!.
Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week!. Do both cardio and lifting!. But on days that you do both!. Do lifting before your cardio and you will maximize your fat burn!. Cardio can be a sport: basketball, soccer, football, anything with losts of movement!. Golf is a no no!.
So Example :
Monday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Tuesday - 1 hour lifting
Wednesday - Rest
Thrusday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Friday - 1 hour lifting
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio

There's a big difference between feeling fat and being fat!. By no means are you fat!. If you're determined to lose the weight do it through diet and exercise!.
Competitiveness between best friends is normal and I'm sure there are other things where you guys are compared, but remember that you aren't the same people!. As dumb as it sounds, you have things she's jealous of, too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated!. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract!. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it!.
Then also try to find a well balance diet program!. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days!.
