For the past month, I started doing a lot of exercise, I've been doing about 45 minutes of cardio per day plus some weight training (machine lifting)!. I'm female, 26 yrs, average weight for my height!. I noticed that my neck veins starting to bulge and show even when talking!. I hate that so Should I stop exercising completely to allow my neck to come back to normal/!? What can I do to get my neck normal again!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't stop the exercise !. Continue with the cardios but ease off the weights at the moment!. When lifting weights especially bench pressing, a series of muscle groups are involved!. But if you are doing a routine which is targeting say your chest muscles but you are feeling th strain on your neck muscles as well - it means your are over pushing yourself and the weight is too heavy for you!. Always start with lighter weights to build up your strength before increasing the weights!. Also remember that you are doing weights for toning your muscles!. Unless you are resculpturing your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
