Treadmill question...?!

Treadmill question...?

I'm getting a treadmill and while I was looking it up online it says "No motor". I'm not smart at these kinds of things. So I was wondering what's the difference between a treadmill with a motor and one without?

And what's the difference between a Manual and Electril treadmill?


Answers:

No motor means you power it with your walking/running. The belt doesn't move unless you are moving.
