I need to know how far and how often, I want to loose some weight and I don't know where to begin. Websites would be helpful...thanks.

Well, on average a 150 pound person burns 100 calories per mile walking, if you weigh more then you burn more, and if you eat less then you burn less. There are 3500 calories for each pound, so i gues you could do the math. Hope I helped!
