ive been working our on my pecs and shoulder.. ive gotten stronger and theyve stayed the same... im doing pushups alot but nothing i do deadlift and shrugs with the deadlift weight ... nothing...---deadlift weight-- 345-- push ups -- 45 lbs weight on back--

How many reps/sets are you doing? For size you want high weight, low rep. Also, all angles of benching will help. It all depends on your reps/weight though.
