Can anyone tell me what you can eat or cant eat on the aikins diet?!
Question: Can anyone tell me what you can eat or cant eat on the aikins diet!?
Answers:
Salad- lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, sweet pepper!.!.!., Veggies- cabbage, onions, muchrooms, greens, french beans!.!.!., chicken, (any other meat but beware of process meat) fish, cheese, eggs, cream!. The list is endless
Atkins is seen as a low carb lifestyle, with 4 different phases!. The first phase is generally what people see as a diet, as you eat mainly protien and vegatables (low in carbs)!.
In the first phases you are allowed to eat 20net carbs (which is the number carbs - fibre in any given product) your net carbs should come from salad, vegatables!.!.!.
But it doesn't stop there you are meant to do all 4 phases!.
