Question:
What other things other than diet can I do to maximise weight loss this week?
I go to fat club (Slimming world) which is all about healthy eating. And my diet is fine, better than it's ever been. But recently I've been tempted by too many sweets and chocolates. (They just jump out at me honest!)
However, the maximum I've lost in a week is 3.5lb, and I really wanna shock myself this week....Any ideas?
Before I've worked flat out hard at the gym, and it doesn't really seem to make a difference. Drinking much more water is a good one too...
Anybody else got any handy tips? They're much appreciated!

Change your workout routine. Do something you've never done before. Swim, run, bellydance, kickbox, tennis, bike, whatever. Work up a good sweat and see if that helps.
