I am 27 years old, 5'7, and 161 pounds. I was wondering is it possible to lose 8 pounds in one week? Also, I lift 10 pounds iron weight when I do my sit-ups how long before I see results? I start my sit-ups today

eat when you're hungry.
the normal meals should be half than what you usually take in.
if you want to snack on something, eat something like pretzals or a granola bar. also, be sure to drink water.
(doing this continuously should lose 1 pound a day)
