How do I eat better?!

Question: I have a 9-5 job sitting in a cubicle all day long.
I've gained about 15 pounds from being lazy and eating from the deli across the street.

Can someone tell me a website where they tell you what healthy foods to buy so I can bring food for lunch and loose weight?

you don't need website.. i can tell u what to eat..... firstly, pack a container filled with mix nuts...... non sugared nuts! secondly, pack a container with fruit...... snack on them throughout the day... you should also buy protein bars, they taste good....

try packing tuna as well, unless u do not like it.... you can also pack brown rice with some sort of meat in it... there u go.. i hope those ideas helped

Eat a breakfast before work that is rich in fibre. Drink pleanty of water throughout the day. On you lunch hour, split the time in half. Exercise for the first half (even if it is light exercise such as walking). During the second half eat a homemade sandwich with whole wheat bread and pleanty of veggies, with little to no sauce and butter. For snacks, fresh fruit, veggies, yogurt, etc.

Generally try making nice things like couscous, rice or pasta salad, and if you cook healthy things for your dinner, make some more and box it up for work! Also, try getting some extra exercise in in lunch breaks etc as that really is the best way! (Maybe join a gym and go a few times a week after work? Or before work gives you EXTRA energy and makes you happy!)
