Am i working out too much?
well i go for about 30 minutes every day on my eliptical and i was wondering if im doing it right becuz i heard u cant do it every day and u have o rst or something or u wont gain muscle/lose flab. is it true or can i keep doing wut im doing?

no, but you should alternate with different aerobic/cardio activities so you vary your workout and your body doesn't grow used to it. also, put in some weight training if possible to tone.
