Why doesnt this work?!?!?!


Question: I work out a lot! i do 3 different sports and i eat pretty healthy. Why do my legs (inner thighs and butt) look so fat? Its so annoying cause i work so hard and nothing changes. PLEASE any advice please help!

try some work outs that target that area so it will at least b muscle

They are stubborn areas that require specific exercises to target them. Have you ever tried a Thighmaster?

well you should really look and see if you really are fat there or you are just imaganing it. but if it really is flabby then you should do workouts that target that area so it will be stronger

everytime you see some steps pull a ROCKY and run up and down them, after a short period you'll notice a change. Weight naturally heads in that direction in women..watch your calories and hit the steps.
