Good Workout?!

Good Workout?

Ok I'm trying to find a workout that'll work for me this summer. For some reason FitTV doesn't come into my tv in my room. It only comes in on the one in the living room with a million huge windows and I can only do it when I have the balls to workout with all the neighbors watching. Well I'm 13 (14 on saturday), 5'10" and about 120 pounds. I'm pretty in shape ive been running every once in a while but I wanna work on the rest of my body. I can only use the weights when I go to the gym and I can only go about once every few weeks cause I have to go with a parent or guardian. I do have those twisty handweights. They go up to 100 I believe. Any help? And thanks in advance.

i know some real good ab exercises. the first one is to lay on your back, you then cross your fingers and push only your upper body. the second variation is to do it but reach to your feet, rile raising them.
