I want to slim down a little...help!!?!
Question: i don't overeat, although i don't have the healthiest diet (i'm a picky vegetarian). i work out with a trainer on the weekend, but i am crazy about school and want something i can do at home, working out or eating tips. there's a treadmill. im open to getting weights or something for TV or whatever. but it's my thighs and stomach. of course, isn't it always? ugh. i would totally appreciate it. i don't even care about losing weight, all i want is to look thinner. i don't have to lose a lot either...it's just a pain in the *** trying to get results...please help!! :-P

I've tried but i not very good at sticking with diets but on the safe side you may not want to eat too much bread or drink too much soda.
but if this helps i get my exercise from dancing and that keeps me very slim.
