What's the average weight for a 14-year-old girl who is about 5'3 or 5&#!


Question: I'm 14 and I'm 5'4. I weigh 122. Scientifically, it's 94 to 138 pounds. :)

i weighed 102 but not sure what the avg. is

around 105 lbs give or take a few

well i fit that description and i weigh about 110.

about 130, but dont feel bad if your more, that just means your a little stronger, and muscle weigh more than fat, or u just have a littel tummy fat =]

im 14 and 111 and 5'4. im really skinny so don't worry. i run track and i have really long legs, so it all works out.

here's a thing you can look at to see. i think the average for your age and height is around 110 but it could be wrong because they don't take into account your BMI and muscle amount

well it all depends on your body type. if your muscular and are about a 5'3-5'4 14 yr. old girl, you can weigh UP to 140, but if your body type isnt athletic and not muscular, around 120 is a good weight. in the end it depends on your body type but still should weigh approx. 120-140lbs. remember to eat healthy, have a little treat once in a while and stay active, about 20-30 min a day for at least 5 days a week.

my little sister is less than a month from 13, shes 5'5, and weighs about 105 pounds. I have a feeling your asking this question because you think your fat.... If you dont, good for you, if you do, dont put much thoguht to it. Most girls our age (im 15, almost 16) feel their fat, but dont, cuz 99% of the time, the girl isnt fat. If you think you are, dont crash diet, idk how extreme you are about this stuff, but you'll be better off doing some crunches/situps (look up the different styles and muscle groups they target) and maybe lose some junk food if you eat it. Sorry if i over anylized your question! haha
