Question: Walking is the best way to loose fat, plus it involves the legs directly. I personnally walk 1 hour a day and I see greater results than when I was doing aerobics. Plus, my dog is really happy to have a walking buddy :-)
If you think you have a lot of cellulite, here is what works wonders for me (cellulite can be really stubborn and stick there, so that will help break fatty tissue):
Mix 20 parts of Lemon Essential Oil with 80 parts of Almond Oil. Apply on the legs with a rubber brush (cellulite brush) and activate the circulation with circular movements for 5 minutes, twice a day. You can increase the time gradually, as needed.
Cellulite massage works well too, although it can be painful.
