go to the gym everyday for like 2-3 hours
my friend does that and wooo trust me its gonna work lol
start doing weights and crunches.
run.
drink muscle milk.
exercise at least 3 times a week for half an hour.

body will only get ripped once your body fat is down to 12% or less , which is hard
