How can I tone my arms using simple exercises?!
Question: My arms are full of flat and flab, which looks strange because the rest of me ir thin and in shape. I am a year-round every-day softball pitcher so you can imagine the workouts that I do with my arms, but they don't reduce the flab! I'm 14, please help!

ah the triceps and biceps. do preacher curls. do like a weight you can do about 12-20 times and you do it slowly and control it all the way do about 3 sets of it triceps the best work out for them is manual dips and skull crushers. manual dips are different for each person because your pushing up your own body weight my I comfortable at 30-40 i also weigh 200lbs. skull crushers is when you lay on your back and have a bar in your arms and you bring the bar to the bridge of your nose the extend your arms try to keep your elbows close to your body. you may want to try like 35lbs for that and 35lbs for the curls and for a girl the arms are always a lil flabby not to be concerned about and throwing a softball like you do you prbly do a lot of shoulder workouts not so much biceps. biceps is when your arm contracts and your triceps is when your arm extends. hope that helped
