Gain Weight for trip?!
Question: I'm going on a trip to Europe for a little over a month, leaving in early July, and walking around for a month, and eating minimal amounts of food, I'm going to need to gain weight. I'm 5'8" and weigh around 130 pounds and am in good physical health/shape, any suggestions for putting on at least 25 pounds by July?
Don't just say eat alot

Well, since you aren't going to be eating a lot for a month it seems like you want to gain more stored energy and fat than muscle weight. Eating foods with lots of complex carbs, like pasta and whole grain bread will provide you with a good amount of stored energy. Red meats have a good deal of fat, so eating a lot of that, though unhealthy, will help you pack on the pounds.
I wouldn't suggest eating chips, popcorn and chocolates and such because those offer minimal benefits other than empty calories.
cheesecake, oreos, ice cream, candy bars, all the junk food u want and eat ALL the time even if u feel full eat more!
actually the only way to gain WEIGHT is by eating a lot
however, IF YOU WISH TO GAIN MUSCLE, lift weights
your not putting on that much muscle in that short of a period of time legally my friend. just up your calories and lift heavy. up your protein too. but don't set your sights so high.
My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product (all natural) which I think helps a lot in the process (it's really good for detox, you'll feel much healthier). I recommend you check this website
