Has anyone lost alot of weight and dropped down to a size 2?!
Question: Im wondering if there are women who were pretty heavy and lost alot of weight (naturally through diet and workout) and dropped down to a size 2. I have a friend who is sad because she is a size 16 and her doctor told her that even if she diets and works out regularly she wont ever be a size 2. Is he right?

I think it depends on how tall she is and her frame size. I am 31, 5'2. I was 200 pounds about a year and half ago and in a size tight 18. I am now 130 and in a size 2/4. I lost the weight by eating healthy and exercising. No dieting, just lifestyle changes. I am maintaining well. I do have a few inches of loose skin on my, hips, thighs, stomach and upper arms, but I am not complaining I fit into very tiny clothes and get compliments all the time! no way to know but the big question is would a size 2 put her in a dangerous weight category. we don't know know her age or height or build but most people aren't healthy after a certain age as a size 2. Lastly, going from 16 to 2 is hard and perhaps she just concentrate on losing the weight and seeing where she feels comfortable. she might be surprised.
