Great post! I totally understand how you feel. I'm also trying to lose weight and I found this great product which is working for me (it's all 100% natural - a colon cleanse that was really gentle on my body. I feel so good and I lost 15 pounds). You can check the website at

Good fats are the fats that are in foods like fish, eggs as they are good for your heart
Bad fats are like the fried foods, chips, high fat meats, crisps, chocolate you know the sorts!

fruits, veggies, fish, nuts, tofu, lowfat dairy and grains/legumes all have good fats(the rest are bad..)..

Hydrogenated Fat, Saturated Fats & Trans Fats, good fats are Monounsaturated Fats, Polyunsaturated Fats & Omega 3, 6 & 9 check out http://www.healthcastle.com/goodfats-bad...

A good rule to work by is that fats that are liquid at room temperature are ok. So go for olive oil rather than lard - cholesterol busting spreads rather than butter. Avoid processed foods and fast foods and anything that you haven't fried yourself in a suitable oil! Restrict animal fats, dairy and eggs only in moderation, swap to soya products.

Good:
Monounsaturated, Polyunsaturated, Omega-3, and Omega-6

Bad: Saturated, Trans, and cholesterol.

Remember we do need the 'bad' fats, but in smaller amounts.
