What is motivating you to get to your goal weight ?!


Question: My motivation is my vacation at the end of the year with my fiance. I'm very much looking forward to it.

I went to this resort with him 4 years ago, and I was a little on the chubby side, it made my vacation not as fun as it could've been . So this time I'm going to tone up and lose the extra kilos before i get there .

I like to hear what motivates others , sometimes i feel inspired by them .

the one thing that really motivates me?
well i am still currently dieting...not only do i have an upcoming holiday soon (bali..hello bikinis!!) but my sister has moved for a year to do some work overseas. when she left i was quite chubby...and im hoping that when she gets back i want her to see how amazing i can look and i want her to be proud of me =D

2 years ago a very good friend of mine at the age of 45 had a major heart attack and straight lined 3 times on the way to the hospital in the ambulance.

May be impressing we don't have control towards body condition. We are usually consider there's only a little connection between idea and physical. There connection or not, this be case. Of course positive opinion towards own self there is no the ugly. That is individual belief. There also other party that want to share opinion same. Thereby we can make body be to well with idea.

Every cell in body full of life and has intelegentcy self. Every cell likes a soldiers in army corps, wait instruction. We are then give message or command to cell. Command is submitted artfully. What suggested us rule cell do what desirable. Body will underwrite anything idea will result. Therefore, idea then influence body condition and form imagination as according to what trusted. We can regular change body with change way of thinking, even if deal with data or proof againts.

We must send autosuggestion about heavy and well-being. Can positive autosuggestion or negative -- help or botch. We can make body reduce the weight body and increase well-being. To be to well, the condition must must believe that us well! To reduce the weight, begin with believe that you can and will reduce the weight body! Remember, cell in body waits command.

Increase to diet with develop true principle, sport every day to give blood with fresh oxygen, and send positive autosuggestion to reaches successful, the third form combination not shaky easy.

Cool thinking at famous world, from care of Da Vinci, Einstein until Mark Twain, always agree that when realize a talking point, what do we know what want known.

Several beliefs prevent person realize that them can consciously determine body form. But in order to reduce the weight body and increase well-being, everybody interested anything useful instructions.
