How's this lunch sound?!


Question: I'm not nessessarily on a diet, just watching what I eat, so that I don't gain weight while I am quitting smoking.

Ham & Swiss sandwhich:
2 slices of light bread -40 calories each slice
1 laughing cow light swiss cheese wedge -35 calories
7 slices of light ham - 60 calories
1 slice lebonen - 40 calories
1 tbsp light mayo

10 light chips - 75 calories

2-3 tbsp light honey mustard dressing (not sure of calories..)
1 cup of salad - tomato, lettuce, cucumber, onion.
1 pickle.
1 sugar free reese cup (the really tiny ones)

Diet Ocean Spray cranberry grape spray mixed with water - about 5 calories (10 if not mixed with water)

thats fine...since ure not trying to really lose weight..this is a very nutritional lunch..good choice

Ew, stop counting calories. I am sure you are perfectly fit, and you really dont need to. Stop with the diet drinks, they are not good for you. If you are going to eat that.. goahead, it sounds great.. but dont count the cals..
