How can i get off my *** and start training hard like i use to do?!


Question: I'm in a stage where i am getting lazy and frustrated. I say i'll train after school over and over but when i get home it's either homework or i fall asleep, or even both. I have a lot of energy in the morning but i lose it all after school.

Only good workouts i really get are from my PE class in the mid morning, all we do is go to the gym and play basket ball for fun, and sometimes if we're lucky we'll go to the gym once a week.

Any motivational things you can say or any solutions to my laziness? It's not like i am getting fat or anything, i am a young and slender teen and all i do is drink water and eat slowly so i don't gain a lot of weight.

You have to find deep inside you what will motivate you. Motivation comes from within.

Make up your mind about whether you REALLY want to start training hard, and like Nike says, "JUST DO IT"

Find someone to work out with you

I get up a little early and do my exercise in the morning. I feel better all day because I start the rest of my day with my blood already pumped.
It is easier to go to bed a little earlier than it is to work more when you are tired.

Just need some motivation. I know what you mean, I had the same issue. But I just kept thinking about how unhealthy and lazy I felt. I had absolutely no energy through the day. Luckily for me, there is a small 24 hour gym at my apartment. I work out in the morning, and find that I have a lot more energy throughout the day. I make myself get up early to work out, and so far its, well working out.
