Well, I don't completely understand your situation, but depending on how much you want to lose, that isn't always possible. First and foremost in losing weight you need to diet and exercise, and it would also be good to consult your physician. High volume, low calorie foods like raw carrots are a good choice because they can fill you up without putting on extra pounds. It is also a good idea to cut back on soda and other sugary beverages and replace them with water (100% real juice is still ok.) That doesn't mean you should completely cut out fat or carbs, though, because that can cause far worse problems than a few extra pounds. If you are less used to regular exercise, then a good program to lose weight would be one with a lot of high-intensity cardio training where you're burning calories fast, with less stress on your joints, such as jumprope or swimming. However, if you are used to regular exercise and your legs are more conditioned, then I would recommend some long-distance slow-paced running. Also remember to exercise regularly, (at minimum 4 days a week) and not every day has to be one in which you bust your tail. Try mixing it up with one day of extremely intense training, one day rest, a medium intensity workout, light jog the next day, etc. Just find something that you feel comfortable with and that you can stick to. Hope that helps.

you need to first plan out a healthy diet for yourself. your diet should mostly be wheats , then lots of veggies & fruits , and some meats and nuts. try to lay off the junk food , and i recomend you exercising or running for 20-30 minutes a day! it will help burn off the fat and turn it into muscle. and also running helps relieve stress and keeps you in fit . but i wouldn't worry about your weight too much! (=

go run yourself skinny.

get ahold of some tupperware and good healthy food, and break it into 5-6 little meals a day. Usually aroudn 1/2 a cup of meat and 1 cup of vegetables about 6 times a day or every two to three hours.

You will know you are in the groove when you start getting hungry every two hours like clock work. if not reduce portions, if you are too hungry increase the portions slightly.

Make sure you prep the food how you like it because it will get very mundane.
