Still Hungry....?!


Question: This morning I really wasnt to hungry but I ate an apple,then at lunch I had a handful of Cheetos and a banana, now its supper and I have nothing prepared to eat I REALLY dont want a salad, I plan on going to the gym so what if I eat a bowl of special k and then go workout and have another bowl later if I get hungry later(about 8) also 3/4 cup cereal are they kidding! If I double do I double the cal. intake and is that bad! I plan on that for supper.Thanks ahead of time!

Have some protein in there. Protein makes you feel much more full and it's good after a work out. When you work out, tiny muscle tears occur, so eating protein will restore your muscles as well as fill you up.

If you are working out, then you are not eating enough to fuel your body . If you don't want a salad, then don't eat a salad. But eating an apple and then some cheetos and banana is not enough nutrients. You should eat a balanced meal instead of a bowl of cereal for dinner after your workout.

Stop starving your self the best way to diet is eat healthly but regually and EXERCISE there the best ways to loose weight strvin ur self will just make u store any fat u do take in !!!

Yeah its badm but not in the way your saying. 1 apple a few cheetos a banana and a few bowels of cerial isnt much for a whole day. Though I only have tea and something befor I go to bed on workdays

that sounds fine... yeah, if you double it you double the calories. i think you'd be fine, you had waaaay less than 1,500 calories, so if you eat 2 bowls of Special K you should be fine, especially if you're going to the gym! you seem like a very healthy person.

You'd be better off having some pasta. You have to eat enough calories to work them off or your body will store what you do eat. You will also make yourself ill if you don't eat enough.
Don't forget, you have to put coal on the fire for it to burn.

instead of cereal try eating wholewheat bread.
with that you can have a salad, low fat cottage cheese! or a low fat vegetarian soup.
other wise tinned or fresh tuna, salmon, oily fish; turkey or chicken.
otherwise have an egg/ egg whites.
microwaved/ grilled vegetables.
- drink green tea.
- if you ever need sugar, make a fruit smoothie with fat free yogurt and skimmed milk.

make sure you take 3 or 4 glasses of warm green tea a day...they giv you lots of energy,curb excess hunger and thirst and beautify your skin too

You are nuts eating like this will make you unwell and it will mess about with your bodies metabolism.

Stick to healthy non processed food (Cheetos?!) and eat as much of those as you feel like, particularly non starchy vegs and fruit and nuts.

What you are eating is starving your body and effectively eating away at muscle not fat mass!

why you eating weird for? why dont you eat normal? for starters you need your vegetables and fibre and protein, maybe your feeling hungry all the time because your diet doesnt exactly contain much protein?

You'll make yourself ill eating so little, have a bowl of cereal before and a proper meal when you get back.
