When I eat higher calorie/fat meals I lose more weight?!
Question: I was eating a low calorie/low fat diet that stressed eating every two to four hours (around 200-300 calories each time). I was starving all the time and really didn't lose any weight. Now, I eat substantial meals three times a day with no snacks and I am actually losing weight. The daily calories were about the same on both diets. Why the difference?

your metabolism is faster
The difference is your eating more healthy now! You body needs a food at least 3 meals! If you need a snack eat fruits or veggies are a very good snack!
