Cholesterol absorption foods?!
Question: I've seen some foods lower cholesterol absorption such as oats, which I enjoy having but I am skinny. Are there any risks if I eat foods like this because I'm skinny? Does the lowering cholesterol absorption effect last permanently?

A risk of what? Losing weight? No, it won't affect ur absorption of nutrients. it just helps to lower cholesterol.
all those cholesterol lowering yogurts and drinks, if u take too many they can affect ur absorption of things like some vitmains so just folow the instructions properly.
also, if u are skinny, u shud be taking things like oily fish a couple of times a week and add olive oil to salads, cooked potatoes. these are good fats and help cholesterol too. and it will help to put a bit of meat on u. being super skinny is not hot u no, but i dont remember if u are a guy or girl. either way, not hot!
if you have high cholesterol(or not?) and skinny, eating oatmeal wont harm you at all..just keep a strict eye on your intake of fattening, oily and meaty foods...
