Has anyone here been a yo yo dieter and managed to crack it? i binge eat and nee!

Question: I cracked it by going low carb (low carb, not no carb!).

I read a book that explained that in some people carbs cause a binge cycle. So I went low carb and the urge to binge totally disappeared!

Wish I'd known years ago!

just motivate urself and stop eating crap

you can do itttttttttttt

Yeah, I used to binge eat most days, but I figured out how to stop it. You just don't eat, at all. It works, it really does. After the first day you don't actually feel that hungry you just feel weak and tired. You lose the weight and you cure the binge eating.

I have been a yo-yo dieter for quite a few years. One day about 3 months ago I realized I needed to change for my health and future. I managed to crack it by writing down how losing weight would make me feel, surrounding myself with nothing but healthier foods, and finding a workout buddy. I have lost 25 pounds so far and am continuing on my goal towards 100. With binge eating, that used to be a problem for me. All you have to do is try the things I told you. If you are going to binge eat, eat healthier foods. Try Special K bars, fruits, veggies, or if you don't like those things try some light butter popcorn, or baked chips. Try to eat these sparingly though, remember what your goal is and what you are trying to achieve and the rest should fall into place from there. Eat three meals a day at 400 caloreis each. Then schedule in three snacks at 100 calories each. Also for your meals, include pasta, beans, or rice as this will help you feel fuller longer and you will be less likely to binge eat. Drink lots of water as this too will help you feel full longer. Make this a lifestyle plan, not a diet.

You know what... F>U>C>K you guys. I give you some advice, honest, true advice from my personal experience and you give me a thumbs down?

F>U>C>K You, try figuring this **** out on your own then... stupid CUN7 F**KS.
