Calories or Carbs?!
Question: Im tryna loose a little gut that i got, i was told i could loose it if i reduce the amount of carbs that i eat. i also work out 3-4 times a week so i wanna know if it will help me get rid of the gut i have. thanks

Make sure you have no more tha 55% of carbs. But carbs give you fuel, so don't have a drastically small amount.
It's better to calories count and eat around 1500-1800 calories and eat back the calories you burn so you will have had 1200-1400 net calories (the calories you don't burn). I've done that and lost weight. And I eat a lot of carbs.
I like calories,,,,,,,,,,,,,,easy to measure and results are simple to see.............
if you work that much you need carb
carb is fuel
fuel burn energy and body-fat
don't eat 3 hours before go to bed
eat carb with protein and fiber together
don't eat carb alone
