Anyone who has had successful weightloss on a protein diet?!
Question: I'd like to begin one tomorrow. I intend on incorprating green leafy vegies, plenty of h2o, nothing fatty, pretty much lean meats, cheeses, nuts, vitamin supplements and workouts4-5x wk. I'm not gonna stay on a strict regimen for more than 6wks. I plan on slowly including carbs so the weight can still come off. Any suggestions on how often the meals should be? Small frequent ones? How often for workouts? Should I add hydroxycut hardcore? 31 yr old female

Cheeses and nuts are both fatty. Just FYI.
However high protein/lowcarb/moderate fat diets are great for losing fat. I go on one once a year to stay ripped particularly during the summer. Its important to eat clean year round also. A thermogenic like hydroxycut will help but cycle it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off to maintaine effectiveness.
Also try to get in AT LEAST one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. Don'y skimp on the leafy greens either.
I came across this great product for weight loss (all nautral) and it was excellent for me (it's a detox colon cleanse). Together with a good diet and exercise I am finally happy with my body and the way I look. You should check this product at
http://www.easy-diet-fun.us , they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. A must!
I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her (100% natural). I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. It's really a colon cleanse, and it's a healthy way to detox, not like most diet pills. Check their website at

I personally did the Atkins diet for several years. I started at 235 lbs (I am 6'2") and at my lowest I was 195. The problem for me long term, and I did it for 2 years straight, is you miss the carb foods. So I have stopped that diet and now do a more balanced diet plan. But you can definitely lose weight on a protein diet. Check this out for a bit more info:
