Is this overtraining?!
Question: Today I had a workout for basketball and it wasn't really long but we did various jumping excercises. I'm also 7 weeks into Air Alert 3 (http://www.austinhoops.org/files/Air_Ale... ) and i've still got to do that tonight. Is it ok to do it I don't want to miss any days of it.

It is not over training, just make shure that u stretch well and all ur joints and other major places feel good. but always remember to stretch!!!
