How was my eating today?! any advice!?!
Question: i'm 5'3, 18 and between 110 - 112 pounds i think
breakfast-
low fat yogurt
granola bar
lunch -
carrots
fiber one granola bar
apple
snack -
strawberries
1/2 english muffin with 1/4 of a banana on it and about 2tsp PB
dinner -
vegetable soup
some bread
one of those skinny cow ice cream sandwiches
snack -
bowl of fresh fruit

i think its very good
I also think you dont need to lose any weight. I have the same stats as you
