To skinny how can i get fat?!


Question: Okay so i need to get fat! Im 11 years old and in the 6th grade. im really skinny onle 79lbs and everyone else in my class is like in there 90's! Also my pants dont fit me because there to BIG!! the only size that fits me is 12 slim but noone makes that size but nordstoms...so please gimme some types of foods to eat. PLEASE!! i beg you

Eat a lot of meat. Be sure to mix in vegetables with it. You may want to get fatter, but you need to be healthy. Drink lot's of water and milk, too.

I'm 12, and I'm in 6th grade. :l
And I used to be 74 pounds! Then I did what I said above and I became 89 pounds! It took me about 3 weeks - 2 months. I'm not sure, I didn't really keep a calendar. lol

It's pretty simple; just eat a lot! Don't stop exercising, because then you'll just get unhealthy, and it is very difficult to exercise so much that you outrun your appetite.

Really fattening foods have a combination of sugar (or carbohydrates) and fats. Don't eliminate protein though, your muscles need it!

Incredibly fattening foods that may help you:
Pie. French silk pie from Baker's Square
High fat ice creams such as ColdStone Creamery and Ben and Jerry's
Cheese
Bacon
Deep dish pizza (pepperoni works well)

Really, though, I wouldn't worry about gaining weight. In a few years you'll hit puberty and automatically put on a little weight. Why rush it? It's also very difficult to revert to healthy eating habits when you need to, when you get older and your metabolism slows down.

you need to consume more calories and carbs than you burn.
you probably have a fast metabolism because you are so skinny already.
just eat not necessarily really fatty foods like mcdonalds, but more food. And protein will help, like meat.

dont try to get fat that is unhealthy!!!
Just let your body develop naturally your only 11 years old, all 11 year olds are skinny, if you really want to gain weight go to a doctor and get them to make a healthy weight gain plan so that you dont gain too much weight

Combining animal protein such as meat, eggs, dairy products, sausages and bacon with starchy carbohydrates such as bread, cereals, muesli, pasta, potatoes and chips will help.
