Need someone to force me to get fit....?!

Question: I really want to get fit, but I find it really hard to be and stay motivated as I am incredibly NOT fit at the moment!

I'd like to do one of these "fat camps" but they are only for a week or so, I'd like something for longer so that I can really work on my fitness (with a view of joining the Forces if I can do it!)

Does anyone know of any residential courses that are super tough and will force me to get my butt into shape!!! Or any personal trainers or something... Anything that will really make me do it!!

Any ideas? Something like "Bad Lads Army" but without the televison coverage would be great! :-D

Thanks in advance!

you lazy , no-good lard **** . nobody would be seen dead with you !! hope that helps....

if you really want to then there is your motivation.
join a class, walk up teh stairs, bring easy changes to your life.
throw all the bad food out.

No one can do it for you. You have to want it and be dedicated.

Join the army, that would get you fit!

i cud answer this question but i'm too shy to say it lol

If you find a friend o family member who has the same goal, it will be much easier to achieve. You can keep eachother motivated. A personal trainer would be a good choice, if you have the money to spend. Weight Watchers would also be good - I know a lot of people who have had success with them. Its not really about struggling to lose the weight - its about struggling to change yor patterns. Once you get used to selecting healthier foods and exercising, it won't be hard to lose weight any more (assuming you keep to it).

First, do not beat yourself up...negative self talk will not help.

Find something active you like doing & build a good support system around you.

You can do this! One day or one hour or one minute at a time!

Well I suggested to my friend to use Proactol and she has lost 20 pounds so far. She is looking so great! It helps her control her food cravings and it's 100% all natural.

I don't think you need any one to motivate you, if you know the reason why you must be fit then you will find it very easy to exercise and try to get fit...you can read the below article which I hope will help you alot..

That fact that exercise is a good thing nobody can dispute, however, people have their own reasons why they exercise. They can be things like "I want to look better!", "I want to feel better!" and so on...

Here are 8 reasons why you should exercise!

1. Waking up refreshed! When you exercise in a healthy and safe way, you will feel a lot better about getting up in the morning.

2. Still going strong at the end of the day! If you exercise on a regular basis you can feel the difference at the end of the day, when you come home from work or a day of play.

3. Having more energy for recreation! You will have more energy to the things you love. It can be anything, fishing, sports, hunting, walking, dancing, you name it!

4. Sleeping better! You will definitely sleep a lot better at night. You will be calm when you go to bed and rested when waking up. Also, you will not wake up as much in the middle of the night.

5. Prevent heart disease! If you exercise your heart regularly, you will decrease the chance of having heart difficulties and lower your total amount of bad cholesterol (LDL). Remember, not all cholesterol is bad.

6. Prevent osteoporosis! Your bones are at the peak in your 20's. If you start exercising on a regular basis at that age you will lower you chance of having this disease. If you are older, no worries, but the sooner you get started, the better.

7. Prevent diabetes! There is a great debate on how much exercise people with diabetes should do. Remember, it can't hurt if you do it in moderation. Consult your doctor before you start an exercise program.

8. Lose weight! If you start an exercise program designed for weight loss, you will lose weight! You just have to stick with it and eat right.

I hope this information will help you get motivated to "get out there" and do the work! link to the article can be found on my blog at http://yourhealthdoctor.blogspot.com/200...
