yeah, thats good. eat eggs, chicken, meat, yogurt, milk or something else to make up for the other 52 grams... 1 gram per pound of weight

Protein derived from natural foods rather than lab created foods will always be better for your body.

I'm not sying that protein shakes are bad for you, what I am saying is that your chicken ,fish, etc. is better.
