Body Questions?!


Question: hey so i am about 5' i no really short and my legs arent the skinnest they should be and i feel like i look fat in every picture i take including my arms also, my stomach is great i have a six pact but everything else is JUST not wokring! ahh idk what to do -- i no about becoming a vege, i drink green tea and water, i exercise daily and i m not gunna take any sort of pill and i still NO RESULTS but my stomach so could someone please come up with a way to get my WHOLE body in shape! i also run 4 laps on a track because ia m 16 and on the track team!

persistence is the key
along with healthy dieting
watch your carbs and keep at it,
it takes a lot of time to loose weight
if your aiming to turn that fat into muscle,
work out different parts of your body each day, making sure each muscle group has a 48 hr spread
Ex. Monday: Biceps, Back
Tuesday: Chest, Triceps
Wednesday: Abs, Legs
Thursday:( start over )
when you work out, its important to keep your body in "shock"
to do this, you must switch up your routine and excersices.
working out means that your ripping muscle
and your muscles need 48 hours to repair
aim for high amounts of protein,
eat tons of meat ( aim for redder meat )
there are two ways to work out, tone your muscles, and building muscle mass.
To tone your muscles, do more reps and higher sets with lower weight, this will help define your muscle ( "trim" )
To build muscle mass, do less reps with a heavier weight, with about 2-3 sets, depends on how you feel
Note: **** Every ones opinion on working out and weight loss is different, this is what i go by, and it works for me
Remember, Form is extremely important, make sure you get that down first, even if it means lowering your weight.

ALSO
to help make your metabolism faster, eat meals with small bites and take your time eating.
do not starve yourself or not eat, that is the worse thing to do.

try to hold light weights while you run

pretty much that's it... or go on the work out machines and do more rapid reps than weight mass...

how about your diet & sleep? even if you take some much exercise..if you don't watch your diet..lessen your food intake..be aware of the calories...you will still look fat...

start doing like leg exersizes they have stuff like that go buy something for like youre abs find something that burns calories in other spots not just youre stomick

if you short and you think your legs are in good shape and your stomack is a six pac man you ok try to put some skirts and regular shirts hey have you look tila tequila she short her arms are not that skinny and her legs are great !!
if you want some exersice for your arms hey it wont work!!
but here try some push ups !!
they might not do no good onlyy make your arms puffy thas all

My brother was a very big guy, and very tall. He had no problem with his stomach but his legs and chest area he needed improvement on. I know running and cardio is the best way to burn fat.. you can bulk up and do weights all you want to build the muscle underneath but it won't help with the fatty layer above this. So truly you just want to focus on cardio. My brother lost almost 100 lbs by bicycling.. His legs looked the BEST out of his whole body from this. I mean like cycling every day for over a mile atleast. If you can't do this, start small but build up to this distance within a few weeks.

As far as dieting, people swear by the atkins no carb diet or for dramatic results (like 10 lbs in a week) you can try the liquid lemonade diet(refer to my link).
The lemonade diet is NO solids unless its raw fruits or vegetables, and only when you are starving. It's very hard to control this diet for the first few days but it's great for detoxing your system of all toxins. Hardest diet I did but I did get results in less then one week.

focus on getting your heart rate up and breathing a little heavy for 30 minutes or more at least 5 times per week doing any aerobic activity. this will burn fat ALL OVER, not just abs. four laps probably only take you 7-10 minutes and this isnt enough aerobics to burn a lot of fat.

also, watch what you eat. you dont have to cut out meat, just try to eat a hundred calories less a day and put more vegetables, fruit and water into your diet. you will feel refreshed when you eat healthy.
