*How can I lose 10lbs in EXACTLY 30 days??!?!?!*?!


Question: I'm going to the pool with my two best friends in eatly May. PLUS my HOT bf is gonna be there, and he (like everyone else) thinks I'm skinny! I'm healthy, but I still have 10lbs of extra fat that I could lose (that's what doc said.) So here's my questions:
1.) How many calories do I have to eat per day
2.) How many calories do I have to burn per day

And PLZ don't give me a lecture about "you'll gain it back" or "ir's unsafe/unrealistic" because I KNOW it IS possible. AND DON'T TELL ME WHAT EXERCISES TO DO BCUZ I KNOW HOW TO WORK OUT. SO PLZ TELL ME!

10 in 30 days is going to be easy aim for 1500-1700 cals a day and excersize lay off fat food

Long distance jogs in the morning

starve urself

Exercise all you can. Don't drink anything else but water and do not eat more than 5 hours before bed time.

walk 1 mile a day

watch what u eat

the cabbage diet you eat only cabbages for like 3 days or so and you loose 10 lbs but eating lots of salad should also work with exercise b/c salad really has no nutritional value

dont starve yourself. just a healthy diet, you know, healthy foods, and a good amount of working out. idk

30 days is totally doable, id say eat around 1200-1500 calories a day and do like an 30- 60 min of cardio. 4-6 days a week and presto. you'll be fine

[x] Cut all you're meals in half. I don't know if it will work in exactly 30days it may work in less time than that and drink lots of water

[x] Write down all the calories you ate that day (try to keep track)

[x] Then burn half of those calories.

WORK VERY HARD ON YOUR DIET AND LOTS OF VIGOROUS EXERCISE..WALKING IS VERY GOOD TOO...

Everyone's bodies are different...so there is no exact science to this if that is what you're looking for. It's definitely possible though if you are strict enough.

As far as your two questions go, just make sure that 2 is consistently more than 1. That is the ONLY way to lose weight - to have a negative net caloric intake. So since you already know that, just make sure you're eating less and working out more. You can count calories but you don't need to. You can make a rough aim for eating 1600-1800, and then if you take at least 1 hour a day to exercise (long walk, jogging, elliptical trainer, lifting weights, etc.), you'll be guaranteed to lose weight fast.

And more importantly, focus on eating QUALITY foods instead of limiting the quantity. Eating 500 calories of broccoli and spinach is much better than eating 400 calories of pizza or ice cream. Those 500 calories of veggies will keep you fuller, longer, and help to raise your metabolism so that you will end up eating less and burning more later on. See how that works? There are many exceptions like this, which is why you can't just go by the raw numbers.

heres why. when you eat healthy food,

thats the best way. doctors proven.

pilates is great. tones up your abs and tighs.
green tea speeds up your metabolism.

Eat meat and drink water for 30 days. You will loose weight quick.

Just make sure you burn off any calories you consume, the more you burn, the more/faster the weight you will lose. Good luck.

If you fill your diet with egg whites, tuna, chicken and green vegetables and do 30 min. of intense exersise daily, you'll easily lose 8-10 lbs. Even if you don't lose all 10 lbs, you'll look and feel like you did. I just lost 6 lbs in 2 wks from following that.

According to your BMI, you would be considered "healthy" by medical standards. However, since this is more for aesthetic reasons, here are some tips:

1) Pro-ana/bulemia websites. Pro-ana websites will help you transform your fatness to nice thin legs which will be the object of envy from your friends and all those around you!

2) Diuretics. Get a hold of some good ol' diuretics and be sure to drink extra amounts of water with them (we wouldn't want you passing out or dying due to dehydration). This will push out all your "water weight" to look more slimmer.

3) Become a drug-addict. Smoke and coke--it's all the rave in the fashion industry.

4) Purge purge purge. Chew your food, and spit it out, don't swallow! If you do, purge. Lots of water, and stick your fingers down...real deep now.

If you follow these tips, I'm sure in 30 days, you'll have the body you've never dreamed of!

FYI: The modelesque bodies you see suitable for swim wear and lingerie, think Victoria's Secret. The average height is 5'10" and the weight 112. If they can do it, so can you!

this is the true facts about fat burning you have to have ur heart rate up for 30min to begin burning fat after 30min u start to burn real fat off b4 tat its just calories not actualy fat. so even if you did sprints for 15 min for a year you wouldnt actuallyl burn fat just calories. so i would suggest running for 45 min every other day. and then mayb walking for 45 on the others just to make sure u dont hurt a ankle or something and aslong as ur heart rate is up in ur working zone for more than 30 min fat will burn u dont necessarily have to be running just running will burn it faster after 30 min than walking would. so hope that made sense. and just dont eat to much crap. since ur skinny now i would say keep eating what your eating JUST DO NOT REGAIN THE CALORIES UR BURNED OFF!!! thats horrible to do so eat how much u were, just mayb not as much pop or junk food if u were b4, sure some is perfectly fine cause u want working out to be fun!! just after ur workout LOTS OF WATER!!!!! and i would say NO GATORADE just propel cause propel only has like 35 calories perr bottle or somthing like that compared to gatorades 100 or something.lol so yea. ne other questions email me and i will be more than happy to help you! good luck!!

heres the deal u'r body will burn around 1100 calories just to keep u'r organs functioning so stay around 1800 hundred calories a day and break those meals up into 6 a day. every time u eat u'r body has to burn calories to digest th food plus working out keeps u'r metabolisim burning all day. only eating 2 or 3 a day u'r body will try to store more fat.

each pound is 3500 calories if you eat mostly vegtables and chicken and work out you can do it and if you can eat smaller meals than normal but eat 5 or 6 small meals a day

Don't drink any water the last week. You can lose 10 pounds in one week. Water, you see, weighs 7 pounds per gallon. So, you can lose 10 pounds by allowing yourself to completely dehydrate about two gallons.

Of course, you're going to be pretty damn sick. And you aren't going to want to wear a swim suit. And you might want to pre-book your hospital room in advanced, because you'll likely end up there. (or the morgue, but you won't have to worry if you end up there. Let others take care of that.)


If you want to be serious, though. And safe. 10 pounds in a months is a daunting challenge. You're talking about 8% of your current weight. In a month. That's borderline dangerous weight loss level. It's possible.. and you might not want to hear that it's unsafe AND unrealistic. But, it is. Again... you are talking about reducing 8% of your body in 30 days. That's like cutting off a leg at the knee. Or an arm at the elbow. Or both breasts. (which would also give you the same weight loss)

Somehow, I'm betting you want to lose the fat. Specifically the fat in and around your hips. Not going to happen in 30 days. 60 would be difficult. And 90 would be pretty hard. At 14, it's risky to try using stuff like Hydroxycut, but you might, if your doctor agreed. I doubt he would.

Your best bet for losing the fat is to perform aerobic exercise three to five days a week. Specifically, you want interval aerobic exercises... jog for about 5 minutes. Then you sprint for 30 seconds. Go back to jogging for about a minute. Interval between sprint and jog about 20 times. This will work out your metabolism pretty high without burning muscle, only fat. It will help increase your resting rate metabolism also.

Perhaps two days a week, not the days you perform the cardio, you also try some strength exercises. This will help build a little muscle. Muscle burns fat quickly. But, it also weights more than fat. So, you might get in better shape, look damned sexy, but actually gain weight. Thus, keep the weight training light, to avoid gaining too much muscle weight. Just enough to burn some fat and tone up a bit.

You could do this by performing some push-ups, chin-ups, arm curls, and basic muscle resistance training. Again, keep the weight light, perhaps 10 or 20 pounds, and do sets of 4, 10 repetitions each time. (For example, do 10 pushups, wait a minute or two, then 10 more, then wait, then the third set)

As I said, you aren't going to lose 10 pounds in a month. No way. You could, though, lose about 3 pounds... 3 pounds of mostly fat, as opposed to muscle loss or water loss. It will, in about three to six months, start to cause a change in how your hips look, slowly melting away the pear shape. Take photos now and again at the end of each month. You likely won't notice changes in under a month or even in two or so. But, in three months, compare your before and after photos. Then you'll notice a change.
