Be careful! It isn't safe to lose more than a couple of pounds a week. Try to eat more vegetables and fruit when snacking. And eat breakfast...it actually helps! But don't forget to lose weight in a healthy way you need to add in some excercise. Try walking or riding a bike to begin with!

The SAFE rate to lose weight is 1-2 lbs per week.
If you really think you need to lose that much weight; you need to consult a physician/nutritionist to make sure you are still getting the proper nutrition and aren't straining any organs.
