Ok jogging or running helps but I actually use the Thigh Master which is this older invention from the 90s that Suzanne Sommers did the infomercials for. It really works on my inner and outer thighs. I've used it for years and it really works. I just flip on the tv and do 15 minutes on my side for each leg. Super sexy helps my gluts too! I don't know if you can get it anymore. Try eBay, they are probably really cheap.

the best thing to do is probably bike everyday. Builds alot of muscle and gets rid of fat and increases stamina

join a gym & get a personal trainer. if u cannot afford that, tae bo videos are excellent

Every day Start from your feet and work your way up to your thighs. Using circular motions. This will increase circulation. And keep the fat cells from getting lazy. And also walking. Good luck.
