Survey: When was the last time you exercised? What kind of exercise was it?!


Question: I'm still on a high from doing an aerobic workout today. It is the first true one in a long time. Wow, I almost forgot just how great exercising makes you feel. I'm looking forward to working out again tomorrow.

About an hour ago. I stood up, stretched, took a step, and sat down.

The last time I exercised was Monday night. I went to the gym and did the weights and then got on the tread mill..only did half a mile lol. I did NOT want to go that night but I made myself.

today just an hour ago i went on a 2 mile run

not to long ago...jumped on trampoline

ok....
i ran at like 2 and went on a walk....

An hour ago... I did a mile on the treadmill, a lower body workout video and some weights... And you do feel good when you exercise. I feel so refreshed after i do it and i know it's doing good for my body.

This morning, unless you count walking as exercise, in which case, about an hour ago.
I agree; people wanting to get high should learn to run (literally).

YESTERDAY NIGHT..
WENT TO THE GYM, WORKED ON MY ABS, AND BICEPS.
THEN WENT HOME AND EXERCISED WITH MY GF...
LOL

i jogged and did some sit ups yesterday. wow, you look forward to it? i have recently started jogging and i feel good afterward but it's because i got it over with. i hate it but know it's good for me. although i'm a size five i'm reeeeally out of shape.

I exercise every day. Today I did my legs and then some cardio.

was weight lifting! 20KG

Exercise Bike....!!

Exercise is a continuous process.

Morning. Swimming 1500 mts.

Afternoon. Cardio Workout and very little weigh lifting...

Tomorrow morning. Freemotion.

Afternoon. Weigh lifting.
