Does this make sense to you?!
Question: I woke up, weighed myself. That was 12 hours ago. Since then I've eaten nothing, gone to *ahem* toilet (no.2) twice had one cup of tea and gone for a walk, about half a mile (800m).
How is it that my weight has then gone UP 4 and a half pounds?
I mean that's closer to my ideal weight so I'm not that bothered, i just don't understand it! Where does that much come from?

Probably water weight?
IDK, that's why its not recommended to weight yourself more than once a week though. Your weight can fluctuate a good deal during the day.
Maybe you retain more water when you are awake
Hey man,
Frankly, I don't get people like you. I mean, why are you so f**k'in obsessed with your weight. There are people who can't even get one meal per day and there you are; pucking out anything you eat and fidgeting about whether you have gained one pound.
Eat healthy and be healthy, that's all I gotta say.
weird, that happens to me too. I weigh in the morning, then BAM! I gain 2 pounds by the afternoon when i didn't even eat anything. (I'm not anorexic, i just wasn't hungry)
