Is running up and down stairs better than walking or jogging?!
Question: awesome way to get a great behind while doing cardio too! play with it, skip steps, jump when you get to the top, you'd be surprised at the muscles you'll start to see, but i would advise against it if you have bad knees, and make sure you stretch it out, or you will just put on bulk muscle

Stair steps are the best way to measure cardio and work on your lower body. It really matters on length and distance of each workout to determine which is actually better.
better than walking, maybe the same as jogging. but running up and down the steps seems boring and be CAREFUL that you don't trip!!!
It strengthens muscles more and burns more calories per minute than walking or jogging, but there is a higher risk of injury.
