wen you feel hungry just think how *amazing* your body will look once you have lost the weight u want. how you will feel. the clothes you willl be able to wear with confidence! its just a wow feeling you kno. just keep on doing it and you will get there. stay motivated. hav sum1 continously available lets say on the phone, so yu can ring them wen yur feeling low and they will motivate you! good luck!

drink more water to make yourself feel fuller?

top tip is do not starve yourself as it will make you obsess about food and is counterproductive.

Also - jog - works a treat

fill up on veggies. when you feel munchy.

9 stones does not sound that big............but i am 5'8.....LOL

change your lunch..........because only eating a bunch of fruits will not make you full..........eat a healthy but fulfilling lunch.......like baked chicken and steamed veggies

That isn't enough food you need at least 900 calories in your diet.. that isn't much not even 200 yet. Drink 6-8 glasses of water, and eat another salad for a snack later on you dont' want to starve yourself!
Good luck!

sounds to me u are a normal weight, why the hell are u stressing about it?

You HAVE TO excercise. The activity not only burns calories ,but the endorphines it creates will lift you spirits, and motivate you. Go, Go, Go.

When you feel hungry snack on fruit or veg. You could take up a new hobby or something to take your mind off food.

well this is easy ok you have to do think to keep your mind off of it just play with your freinds or go for a walk or swim but dont sit around the house but if your hungry just chew shuger free gum wow that takes my mind off if im on a diet ok and 1 more hint dont wach people eat and its not just dieting its execising ok

well for starters you cant loose much weight without exercise so if your hungry exercise in the morning or drink more water and get something what will keep your mind off food like do something entertaining

you cant be that big 4 ur height and weight!! u must be only a ten~twevle so why wud u need 2 lose weight..

Meditation will help you to be more focused and alert. Find a Mantra to say to yourself ntil the urge to eat passes. At first it will seem very hard to do this, that's why we call it practice. It takes time to become a force of habit.

eat healthy and filling fruits, and food like oats... don't leave your stomach empty, or sooner or later you might blow the whole thing!!

God bless u.....

Take it slow and easy.. reduce your 'addiction' to food slowly.. not in one big bang.

First of all, I don't know how you formulated your diet but it isn't good. It simply isn't reasonable to have 2 kiwi and an apple for lunch. Where are the vegetables? Where is the protein? So far you have only eaten carbohydrate today. Give yourself a more sensible diet. There's no reason for you to be crash dieting like this, and it will only result in your binging after you get tired of starving yourself long enough, not to mention that you're going to stall out your metabolism by doing this.

You don't need to eat less, you need to eat properly, and exercise more. If you are hungry, eat something. Yes, seriously. Eat something. The key is making sure that something is steamed broccoli and chicken, or something healthy, and not a Big Mac value meal. Do not eat cheese and butter on things. Do not eat fried food. I'm constantly baffled by the number of people that swing between total gluttony and starvation dieting- meanwhile I am going along down the middle maintaining my health just by using common sense and moderation, and exercising frequently. There is no secret to being thin and healthy. That's all there is to it. Find a workout that you enjoy doing, do it regularly, and use the food pyramid and a little common sense about eating.

I've just lost 3.5 stone over six months. What's worked for me has been to cut out all butter in sandwiches etc;cut out food that is obviously bad for you - primarily fried food; drinking drinks like coffee without milk and stopping snacking - especially at night. When I get hungry between meals I have been eating fruit instead of crisps/crackers/cheese etc. I've also exercised more.

I have eaten more fish and less red meat. I've eaten a lot of stir-fries (you can cook them with very little oil indeed) and pasta. There is some very good stuff called One-Cal that is sprayed onto foods like potatoes so that you can roast them. I definitely recommend that. Roasting other vegetables like peppers, onions, tomatoes, carrots and new potatoes also produces some extremely nice results.

I haven't stuck to a rigid regime, I haven't bothered weighing things out or counting calories, and have allowed myself treats from time to time - mainly meals out. I have found that my stomach has definitely got smaller, and I don't now want to eat as much as I did, so I'm not feeling particularly hungry. Weight loss has been steady and, to be honest, it hasn't been that hard.

Stick at it. It's really just a matter of commonsense - and you will feel a lot better as the weight comes off.

hi! :)
I have some tips in my diet:
dont eat anything that has glutamate or aspartame ( see labels) they increase yout appetite in 40%.
Make some lemon tea ( without sugar) when you have a bit ungry or just eat a slice of apple or pear. or a carrot
Make many meals a day, dont spend to much hours without eatting.
Dont drink drinks with gas this can increase your appetite too.
Dont eat acid fruits in the morning like oranges.
