I HATE My Body Weight Will This Work?!


Question: My roommate has these Perfect Push things http://www.fitnessinfomercialreview.com/... I see them in the kmart ad for 20 bucks and I'm thinking of buying them.

I want to lose some weight, I'm 169lb and only 5'3ft I have a stocky build.

I also want to get a jump rope something I can do in my, dorm room by myself for the next month while I'm still in school, I would go to my colleges gym but i'm very self conscious and I get jealous real quick when I see other people with the bodies I want. Any way I don't like exercising around other people.

Wondering if I get the jump rope and push things and do the jump rope for 10-15mins in the morning and before bed. Would it help my lose some weight?

Any advice would be helpful

it seems like that would work
along with that, instead of eating 3 square meals a day, eat 5 small meals (like a piece of chicken and some carrots) and snack on fruits and veggies when you are legit hungry and just bored. the 5 small meals increase your metabolism and help you lose weight faster.

plus, weight training also helps you burn fat faster longer and more effieciently becuase whenymou do cardio you have to do it for more than 15 minutes solid (nonstop) becuase at 15 minutes you start burning fat. if you wieght train you can do it for the same amount but when youre finished working out, cardio only burns fat for an hour after you finish, but wieght training burns fat for up to 6 hours after you work out. im not sure why but im positive on this one. if you do this 4 times a week plus eating the way i said you will see an improvement.

and when you are happy with your wieght and youre into the groove of the methods shown above you can eat what ever you want because fat will be jsut constantly burning (as long as you work out for 30 minutes a day 4 times a week and eat right other wise)
