Help! serious detox tips please!?!

iv been loosing weight for a while now ( bout a stone so far)
but right now iv been stuck on around the same two numbers (lbs)
please i need to get out of this rut !
i am planning to detox but somthing always distracts me ...
tips please

i know what you mean - you feel like your body needs a boost to start losing weigth again. What ive done is do a 3 day raw fruit/veges fast (or a detox). Personally i've done because i havent been feeling well and its a way for me to have a clean out an start feeling better.
What ive done is only eat raw fruit/veges and only drink water and green tea. Also i've found a time when i won't be tempted with other food (like for example i couldn't do it in the weekend as i prob would go out somewhere). In 3 days i lost about 2kg (about 4.4 pounds) which is probably just water weight but i think it will give me a boost to continue on eating healthy and feeling better.

i would recommend you not goin so fast into a detox but if you want 2 do one then try a juice fast.
