People gain weight in different areas of their body, depending on their body shape. Sounds like you are a pear shaped person, since your weight tends to collect on your hips and legs first.
Your weight will come off all over your body at the same rate, however. I would start with a goal of 10lbs and see how you look and feel after that amount. If you aren't finished losing weight, go for another 10, and so on. It helps if you have smaller targets.

i dont think you should lose your weight coz ur taller.
if ur a girl.....then....its a lil thing that us women call CURVES! not the diet thing, but the physical features! yup! its true! its nuthin bad! its just how MOST girls are! so chill! ur fine! no need to lose!
