I'm 14, I need to lose weight FAST?!
Question: ok so i have a friend and shes 14 and about 130 pounds and is between 5 2 and 5 4 and she hates the way she looks. she wants to lose weight by may for a trip we're going on and wearing a swimsuit.
she wants to lose about 15 or so pounds, im not TOTALLY sure but thats about right. shes very athletic and shes lost some weight in the past two years but she still wants some help.
idk what i can do to help her out. she cant do one of those diets that makes you eat six small meals because of school. she is willing to do the excercise but she doesnt like having a planned out meal schedule, shes just not that disciplined is what she told me.
so if you can please please help me help her, i want her to feel good about herself.

just cut out junk food! its that simple!
Drink lots of water. No soda. Exercise a lot of cardio.
Those are the basics.
jogging,walking,cycling

eat healthy food lik fruits, green vege etc
