Exercises for upper legs (thights)?!
Question: I need a lot of them cause I want some variety. It would be great if it was a video or had pictures.

This website has videos, pics, and describes many thigh workouts! I have tried them they are great!
Squats, lunges and deadlifts are some free weight exercises you can do. If you go to a gym, many of the machines will have exercises for the thighs, just ask someone who works there. Of course, you want to do cardio as well.
With weights: squats, lunges, leg extensions, leg curls
Cardio: running, stairclimbing, cycling
Try SKATING. (especially long-distance style)
Activities are usually better exercise than 'exercises', and they use the muscles in a wider variety of positions.
