She should wear more flattering clothes. It looks like she had a nice figure under that shirt. I know that is the style, but if it doesn't do anything for you, don't wear it. You guys could walk together or jog. If you don't like that, rent exercises videos from blockbuster and see what you like best.

first of all it looks like your friend is not fat, just an average person. go iceskaing, thats always fun, or walk around the mall.
tell your friend she is no where near fat she just needs to either hit a gym or do at home crunches!
im really not trying to be rude. but she is fat. she is also ugly, and thats what makes her look fat.
the only problem is that you can lose fat, but you cant stop being ugly. she kinda looks like a man....she reminds me of chris farley.
