How do i tighten my chest? and lose my man boobs?!
Question: i have a skinny stomach but i have man boobs. summer is coming soon and i dont want to be ashamed to take my shirt off around friends..i tried push ups and i have pecs' but they are still covered with the fat..so please someone tell me how to lose the weight..please include exercises, how many times to do it a day, and how many times a week i should do it!! 10 points best answer!

you need to start lifting weights . Especially bench press, incline benching and flys. And remember working out is only 20 percent of gaining muscle, the rest is diet. You wont gain muscle without atleast 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. Example: if you weight 190 lbs you need to eat ATLEAST 190 grams of protein a day.
